Long-Haul Network

Together with its partners, Netell offers 40,000 km of long-haul network across Brazil and connects 40 PoPs in 10 cities.

Our highly resilient bi-directional switched rings are geographically diverse, offering trusted connectivity across Brazil. Our NOCteam manages our infrastructure 24/7 ensuring that our long-haul network is secure, reliable and efficient

We have deployed Nortel networking equipment as well as Huawei DWDM technology with SDH transmission standards.

The SDH layer consists of overlay rings at STM-16 and STM-64 line rates and supports SDH based leased line services from 2Mbps to 10Gbps.

The DWDM layer provides optical channels at:

  • 1Gbps
  • 2.5Gbps
  • 10Gbps
  • 40Gbps
